Shipping

Every set is made or shipped by a partner, not from a shelf of ours, so the time to your door is the partner's making time plus the carrier's time in transit.

Where we ship

United States addresses only.

Rates

• Standard: $7.99

Orders over $75 ship free. The shipping charge is paid once per order, however many parcels it arrives in.

Express is faster in transit than Standard. It does not shorten the time to make an item.

How long it takes

• Items printed to order (such as the family pajama sets): made after you order, usually in 2 to 5 business days, then 5 to 8 business days in transit with Standard shipping.

Plan on up to two weeks from order to delivery. These are estimates, not promises: busy seasons and carrier delays can add days.

An order with items from different partners can arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking

Write to support@3hship.com with the email address you ordered with, and we send you the tracking link once the carrier has issued it.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Check the address before you pay. We can change it only until the partner starts making or packing your order, so write to us at once if it is wrong. If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged or has the wrong item, write to us within 30 days of the delivery date, or of the date it should have arrived, and send a photo of damage. We replace the item or refund it. See Returns and refunds.
